Len Prince born 1953, Detroit , Michigan
His client list reads like a who’s who.
Recreating the past with a commission for the main floor Art at Saks Fifth Avenue , Beverly Hills , which
later turned into a instant sold out book, entitled “About Glamour” with a forward by Dominick Dunne.
Photographic window displays for Bergdorf Goodman,
Advertising campaign with Elizabeth Hurley for Estee Lauder.
Kate Hudson’s first Glam Shoot for Interview Magazine.
Spike Lee, Missy Elliot, Ian Somerhaulder, Faye Dunaway, and many others have been keeping me quite
occupied.
Len has been interested in Photography since the early age of 9 years old, which is when he received his
first camera from the S&H Green stamp redemption center in his home town of Detroit . Through the years
up to junior and high school Len experimented with many different types of photographic styles, which
included still lives and nudes of friends.
Len’s first assignment from his teacher Jerry Uelsman, who then taught at The School of Visual Arts, was to
go and live on a tugboat. Len now realizes how important that adventure was, by saving the treasure of an
image of The World Trade Towers, being completed in 1972
Based in New York , Len lives and works internationally.
